Key Responsibilities

  • •Problem analysis and approach: Gather relevant information, analyze with defined methods, gather diagnostics if needed, and execute initial approach under close guidance from experienced engineers.
  • •Problem handovers and routing: Document data for problems and hand over to first-line experts, including field service reports and technical documentation.
  • •Installation: Install equipment at customer locations, inspect for damage, assemble, align and test as guided by experienced team members.
  • •Upgrade: Perform hardware installation and system setup/recovery for upgrade packages, following an up-to-date plan under guidance of experienced team members.
  • •Procedures/Training/Knowledge transfer: Execute procedures, explain actions to users to correct malfunctions and provide maintenance guidance, share findings with the team.

Key Requirements

  • • BS degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • • flexibility to accommodate various work settings, locations and colleagues
  • • ability to gather information, analyze problems and follow guided approaches from seasoned engineers
  • • willingness to install equipment at customer sites, inspect for damage, assemble, align and test per guidance
  • • strong communication to explain actions to users and transfer knowledge to team
