Key Responsibilities

•Problem analysis and approach: Gather information, analyze using defined means, and, with guidance, execute initial problem-solving steps.
•Problem handovers and routing: Document data and hand over issues to experienced staff for resolution.
•Installation: Install equipment at customer locations, inspect for damage, assemble, align and test as guided.
•Upgrade: Perform hardware installation and system setup/recovery for upgrade packages following the current plan under supervision.
•Training / advice & knowledge transfer: Explain actions to users, provide routine maintenance guidance, and share findings with the team.

Key Requirements

•BS degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
•Flexibility and openness to accommodate various work settings, locations and interactions with different colleagues.
•Ability to execute hardware installation and system setup/recovery for upgrade packages under guidance.
•Ability to gather information, analyze problems, and perform initial troubleshooting with supervision.
•Willingness to share findings and provide training/advice to users and team members.
