Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire and manage first-line Managers and a growing team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects.
  • •Foster a psychological-safety culture and scale a high-performing team focused on enterprise software, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud technologies.
  • •Develop trusted long-term executive relationships with Retail and CPG customers, staying current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and digital transformation priorities.
  • •Accelerate customer Data and AI strategies across areas like customer experience, merchandising, supply chain, demand forecasting, marketing, and operations.
  • •Lead strategic engagements by translating complex technical solutions into business value and maintaining operational cadence for priorities, escalations, and product feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of second-line leadership managing teams of 30+ individuals, with 10+ years of overall leadership experience.
  • •Proven success leading high-growth enterprise software pre-sales organizations in Retail/CPG and data, analytics, AI, or cloud.
  • •Experience partnering with Retail and/or CPG customers on large-scale data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • •Track record driving large strategic transactions and expanding high-growth enterprise accounts through strong executive engagement.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
