Job Summary

Own the product and technology roadmap for Honeywell’s Video portfolio (CCTV & VMS), turning customer problems, market needs, and technology trends into differentiated offerings with strong ROI. Manage the product lifecycle and portfolio gaps using Voice of Sales/Customer, pricing and positioning, and gross margin strategy. Lead make-vs-buy decisions for NPI with cross-functional teams, and enable sales through positioning, target-market strategy, and launch communications.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the Product and Technology roadmap, using customer, market, and technology insights to create on-time, on-cost differentiated offerings.
•Manage product portfolio gaps via regular Voice of Sales and Voice of Customer surveys and execute action plans to address them.
•Own pricing, positioning, and gross margin strategy across the portfolio, including timely pricing revisions based on market demand.
•Lead end-to-end product launches and phase-outs, ensuring detailed launch plans and effective launch communication.
•Drive product competency and value-based sales enablement through trainings, sales support, and coordination of marketing communications for new product launches.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management, plus sales and marketing experience in a B2B environment or startups, including new product development, portfolio management, and value pricing.
•Hands-on ability to translate strategies into action and deliver measurable results.
•Experience in CCTV, Video Analytics, and Electronic Security (mandatory).
•Strong written, oral, and technical communication skills, including presentation to large and diverse audiences.
•Graduate in a technical field (Engineering/Science/Computers).
