Job Summary

Lead and coach a team of product managers to elevate product craft and outcomes. Own the Advanced Ads product strategy and vision, driving growth, ROI, and continuous discovery. Define and execute end-to-end monetization initiatives, prioritize roadmaps, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure adoption and commercial success. Shape the product operating model and long-term organization design for monetization at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Mentor and coach other Product Managers to elevate product craft, execution, and strategic thinking with a focus on outcomes over output.
•Own the Advanced Ads product strategy, vision, and continuous discovery to validate usability, feasibility, viability, and value before coding.
•Take end-to-end ownership of monetization strategy to GTM, prioritizing the roadmap based on ROI and impact on LTV and MRR.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are shipped, adopted, and commercialized across the MonetizeMore ecosystem.
•Define long-term needs and organizational design for the product line, including resource planning and investment decisions.
