Job Summary

Provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Corporate Patient Safety & Quality (PSQ) Department. Coordinate quality and patient safety activities across NMC facilities, manage the corporate document control system, and collect, analyze, and report organizational quality data. Support governance and committee meeting coordination, accreditation survey preparation (JCI and other standards), and quality improvement initiatives including RCA/FMEA activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day operational support to the Corporate Patient Safety & Quality Department and coordinate departmental activities, meetings, projects, and follow-up actions.
•Collect, validate, and consolidate quality and patient safety data from all facilities; develop and maintain dashboards and support quality reports.
•Serve as Corporate Document Controller by maintaining centralized document management and coordinating document development, review, approval, publication, revision, and archiving/withdrawal.
•Support accreditation surveys by maintaining evidence repositories, tracking action plans, and coordinating submission of quality-related documents.
•Coordinate PSQ governance activities (committee meetings, agendas, minutes, action trackers) and support quality improvement initiatives including RCA and FMEA.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a science-based field such as Data Science, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or Quality Management.
•Professional certification in Data Analytics.
•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, healthcare administration, document control, or data analysis.
•Experience supporting accreditation activities (JCI preferred) and healthcare quality reporting with KPI analysis.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Microsoft Power BI proficiency is preferred.
