Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end warehouse packaging materials and consumables, including inventory monitoring, demand forecasting, procurement coordination, and usage tracking to optimize stock levels and control packaging costs.
  • •Oversee the full lifecycle of equipment and materials, including ordering, regular stocktaking, and disposal to ensure compliant management and efficient utilization of resources.
  • •Coordinate with property management teams and administrative service providers, respond to operational issues, and drive them to closure to keep park and business operations running smoothly.
  • •Partner with reconciliation and settlement teams by providing required data and materials accurately and on time, and coordinate resolution for returned issues to support settlement operations.
  • •Track business changes and proactively provide resource support to warehouse operations teams by capturing needs and ensuring timely resource supply for business execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •Relevant administrative management experience in a logistics company, retail enterprise, or factory environment.
  • •Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills with the ability to drive tasks to completion with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to adapt to business needs while actively solving problems.
  • •Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for effective communication with international colleagues and stakeholders.
