Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and styling expertise, while building long-term client relationships. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to drive repeat purchases and maintain KPI performance. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory cycles, visual merchandising, and asset protection.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Perform daily store operations including transactions, inventory cycles, visual merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness while following retail policies and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), plus ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and handle physical demands including lifting up to 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
