Key Responsibilities

•Proctor a computerized CNA knowledge-based exam and objectively observe and score candidates’ clinical skills.
•Prepare for and deliver secure test events by monitoring rosters, verifying IDs, and ensuring correct site setup and cleanup.
•Manage the testing environment to support candidate flow and observe/rate candidates during practical exams.
•Protect exam content via computer-based testing and handle technical needs such as rebooting workstations and resetting passwords.
•Resolve candidate issues or escalate occurrences outside company guidelines; maintain relationships with testing sites and coordinate candidate rosters.

Key Requirements

•Registered Nurses with an active and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
•One (1) year of experience in long-term care or experience caring for the chronically ill of any age.
•Intermediate to advanced technical skills with computer programs and applications (including MS Office, Outlook, and web browsing).
•Strong oral and written communication skills, plus strong problem-solving/troubleshooting ability.
•A valid drivers license and vehicle to travel to test events; ability to travel 30+ miles one way and lift up to 50 pounds.
