1st Shift Hot Punch - Team Leader

Lead day-to-day activities within a manufacturing area as a working Team Leader, partnering with the Department Manager to support production flow and process support. Drive 5S and TPM performance, run first piece and in-process inspections, manage inventory cycle counts, and handle SAP transactions. Facilitate Tier meetings and toolbox talks, support continuous improvement (including Kaizen), cross-train the line, and maintain operational readiness of induction burn-off units.
