•Conduct peer design and code reviews, define technical standards and design patterns, and mentor junior engineers.
•Architect and optimize large-scale distributed systems for scalability, performance, and high availability; lead observability and incident-response processes.
•Integrate agentic AI solutions to automate workflows and enhance software development efficiency and system reliability.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field, plus 3 years of experience in the role or related occupation.
•Experience with Java 17+, Python 3+, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
•Experience with databases/data stores including Oracle 12c+, PostgreSQL, MongoDB 4.4+, Cassandra, Redis 6+, Elasticsearch 6+, and Neo4j.
•Experience with backend frameworks/ORM including Spring Boot 2+, Hibernate, Node.js 18+, Express.js 4+, and FastAPI.
•Experience with API development protocols (REST, GraphQL, gRPC, OpenAPI/Swagger, WebSocket, SSE, Protocol Buffers, JWT, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0).
