Job Summary

Lead the backlog for AI productivity platforms (Claude, Microsoft Copilot) and drive an enterprise rollout. Bridge CxO strategy with engineering, define the product vision and roadmap, manage UAT, monitor adoption and KPIs, ensure governance and privacy compliance, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across 150,000 colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage the product backlog for AI productivity solutions (e.g. Claude, Microsoft Copilot), ensuring features are prioritized in line with business value and strategic objectives
•Serve as the primary liaison between Workplace Services leadership, end-users, and the delivery squad, translating requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
•Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the AI productivity solutions rollout across all phases
•Lead sprint reviews and planning sessions, aligning stakeholders on scope, progress, and trade-offs
•Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and gather structured feedback to drive iterative improvements

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree with significant experience considered
•Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Manager, or equivalent certification
•8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise IT environments, with a demonstrable track record in senior or lead roles
•Proven track record of delivering SaaS or AI-powered tooling at scale within large organizations
•Experience managing stakeholder relationships across technical and non-technical audiences
