Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Functional Manager for the systems engineering team, including skills development and performance management.
  • •Identify required systems engineering skills, reuse opportunities, and provide systems engineering expertise to Sea programmes by reviewing and chairing reviews.
  • •Manage system engineering work packages and ensure delivery to cost, schedule and quality.
  • •Work with engineering delivery leaders to define systems engineering strategy and resource profiles to support delivery of Sea programmes.
  • •Coordinate short-term and longer-term resource and recruitment demands with the Head of Systems Engineering and Senior EDM.
