  • •Own full-cycle talent acquisition for the Vancouver site, partnering with Engineering leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
  • •Recruit for senior and niche technical roles and build local talent pipelines.
  • •Champion Roblox as an employer of choice in the Vancouver market through partnerships with universities and local industry networks.
  • •Drive office health and employee experience programs and rituals, including onboarding, team events, and feedback loops.
  • •Be the trusted go-to for Vancouver employees for questions and sensitive situations, connecting them to the right resources across People, Legal, Immigration, and Finance.

Salary: CAD 16,700 - 204,530 annually

  • •8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with depth in technical domains (e.g., Engineering, Gaming, Rendering/Graphics, AI/ML).
  • •Proven success hiring senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets.
  • •Track record influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with creativity.
  • •Data-driven approach using metrics, insights, and trends to inform recruiting and talent strategy.
