Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist production scheduling for a work center by identifying part shortage need dates and projecting long-term rate needs.
  • •Create and track rate-based schedules and constraints for the next 6+ missions, aligning scenarios with hardware allocation decisions.
  • •Set, track, and execute daily/weekly goals with production teams while accounting for personnel and equipment constraints to support rate targets.
  • •Monitor MRP systems and use SQL to identify hardware shortages; manage scheduling and prioritization of shared resources across departments.
  • •Drive automation, analyze work-center capacity, mitigate scheduling risks, and lead continuous improvement and root-cause resolution for build blockers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of manufacturing scheduling, planning, or operations; or 3+ years of professional experience in manufacturing scheduling, planning, or operations.
  • •Experience using ERP/MRP systems in a production environment.
  • •Use SQL and MRP/ERP data to identify hardware shortages for upcoming builds.
  • •Technical proficiency with coding and computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, VBA, Smartsheet, Confluence, JIRA, Power BI).
  • •Must be available for all shifts, extended hours, and/or weekends as needed.
