Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving branch performance through leading, coaching, and managing.
  • •Drive business development and branch revenue through small business development, client strategies, face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting.
  • •Promote Truist brand and mission through community involvement and participation in civic, government, professional, business, and community affairs.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, bank procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics; ensure required training is completed.
  • •Lead human capital decisions for the branch team, including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, ratings, and performance counseling/disciplines.

Key Requirements

  • •One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
