Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in TI’s Career Accelerator Program with professional and technical training plus on-the-job learning.
  • •Complete a two-year program with multiple IT assignments to build understanding of business processes and develop quality solutions.
  • •Support Site Reliability Engineering efforts to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability of infrastructure services.
  • •Contribute to network and systems work such as ensuring network resilience/security/performance and designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining server/database/client/application solutions.
  • •Provide mainframe support activities including provisioning, testing, support, and enhancements for IBM mainframe applications/utilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
  • •Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Basic understanding of web development, programming (C, C++, Java, Perl, Python, R, SQL), and scripting.
  • •Basic understanding of networks, operating systems (Windows, Unix), and databases.
