Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Reliability Engineering (RCT) team and Engineering & Maintenance Manager on engineering, maintenance, and continuous improvement projects.
  • •Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by analyzing and targeting equipment performance, availability, quality, and productivity.
  • •Execute Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
  • •Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training documentation, including standardization documentation and employee training.
  • •Collect and analyze production/maintenance/reliability data, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations; also assist with root-cause investigations and preventive maintenance evaluation.

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related engineering discipline.

  • •Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
