Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the HUE Design Studio for Process Automation, delivering user-centered design across PA product portfolio and aligning with PA strategy.
  • •Oversee the Technical Writer team, ensuring accurate, structured product documentation (guides, manuals, troubleshooting references) and content experience.
  • •Recruit, develop, and manage UX design talent; plan resources and operations.
  • •Deliver design projects on time to support business growth and enhance product value; supervise cross-functional reviews.
  • •Collaborate with global experience design teams and other Honeywell functions to ensure end-to-end journey alignment and brand consistency.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in User Experience design for products and software applications.
  • •Experience in a senior design leadership role managing multidisciplinary teams (UX designers, researchers, and/or technical writers).
  • •Experience working in Agile environments with lean UX methodologies.
  • •International experience working with regional businesses and geographically distributed design teams.
  • •Proven track record of delivering innovative, market-released UX design solutions; portfolio required.
