Waiter (QA)

Provide excellent service to restaurant guests by greeting them, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and serving promptly and courteously. Maintain dining-area cleanliness and table readiness, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and ensure accuracy in order delivery and presentation. Enter orders into the point-of-sale system, collaborate with kitchen and bar teams, process payments, and follow health and safety and proper food-handling practices.
