Key Responsibilities

  • •Use laptops/tablets and the T3 platform to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track service intervals.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues quickly by pulling data across hundreds of makes and models, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed and parts/work-order records daily.
  • •Assist with pickup and delivery of equipment and parts, and help train lower-level technicians as needed.
