Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, plan, and manage experimental programs to meet product quality and customer satisfaction targets.
  • •Ensure business-critical processes work effectively, including introduction of new products/raw materials and setting quality parameters in the SAP Quality Management module.
  • •Analyze customer product quality complaints and concerns to define corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Consult technical experts across teams to explore new and innovative ideas for product quality.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement of tools and equipment and, over time, communicate directly with customers and suppliers on quality issues by building deep knowledge of PU products and PQ tools/techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in chemistry, preferably with first relevant experience.
  • •Excellent laboratory skills and willingness to work in the lab.
  • •Experience interpreting results and report writing is an asset.
  • •Strong solution-driven mindset, stress resistance, and ability to set priorities across a variety of tasks.
  • •Team player with good communication skills; fluent in Dutch and English.
