Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee shift operations and ensure optimal team member coverage, delegating tasks and providing clear directions to maintain service levels during peak periods.
  • •Lead by example in delivering hospitality, addressing guest needs with urgency and turning complaints into positive experiences.
  • •Manage floor operations including merchandising, stock, cash handling, and adherence to store policies and procedures.
  • •Ensure health and safety policies are followed and incident reporting is conducted promptly and accurately.
  • •Coordinate with Store Manager to drive sales, complete shift documentation, and provide performance feedback on team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to supervise and manage a team on shift, providing clear direction and oversight to ensure high standards of guest experience and operational efficiency.
  • •Experience delivering exceptional guest service and handling guest concerns in a timely manner.
  • •Ability to manage shift cash procedures, merchandising, stock and policies while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • •Strong knowledge of health & safety policies and safe work practices; able to report injuries or incidents appropriately.
  • •Willingness to train, orient and monitor new team members and support Store Manager with performance feedback.
