Job Summary

Shift Supervisor role responsible for supervising on-shift team members to ensure exceptional guest experience, adherence to hospitality standards, and smooth daily operations including people, product, cleanliness, and service workflow in a fast-paced retail/F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee shift operations and ensure optimal team member coverage, delegating tasks and providing clear directions to maintain service levels during peak periods.
•Lead by example in delivering hospitality, addressing guest needs with urgency and turning complaints into positive experiences.
•Manage floor operations including merchandising, stock, cash handling, and adherence to store policies and procedures.
•Ensure health and safety policies are followed and incident reporting is conducted promptly and accurately.
•Coordinate with Store Manager to drive sales, complete shift documentation, and provide performance feedback on team members.

Key Requirements

•Must be able to supervise and manage a team on shift, providing clear direction and oversight to ensure high standards of guest experience and operational efficiency.
•Experience delivering exceptional guest service and handling guest concerns in a timely manner.
•Ability to manage shift cash procedures, merchandising, stock and policies while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
•Strong knowledge of health & safety policies and safe work practices; able to report injuries or incidents appropriately.
•Willingness to train, orient and monitor new team members and support Store Manager with performance feedback.
