Promote and sell non-deposit investment products (NDIP) and related services to the public through branch training, relationship development, presentations, direct-mail, and follow-up client contact. Interview customers to gather financial background and investment goals, build customer profiles, and support appropriate investment strategies under the Financial Advisor’s direction. Cross-sell other bank products, process new business, maintain OSJ-compliant customer records, and stay current on NDIP and regulatory policy changes.
