Key Responsibilities

  • •Interview and counsel customers to gather financial background and investment goals to support customer profiles and investment strategies under the Financial Advisor’s direction.
  • •Stay informed on NDIP and bank changes in services, products, and policies.
  • •Cross-sell other bank products and services to generate new business from new and existing customers.
  • •Support team operations and client-related issues, and process new business functions.
  • •Open and maintain customer accounts and files in accordance with OSJ requirements, preparing required reports and keeping customer information confidential.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Business-related field; and/or 5+ years related experience.
  • •Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
  • •Previous sales and service support in a banking environment required.
  • •Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, plus exceptional organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Ability to build customer relationships and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
