•Provide first-line service response for automated processes and instrumentation across the Union City facility.

•Perform equipment qualifications, including Installation (IQ), Operational (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
•Troubleshoot and triage equipment issues; coordinate vendor support and escalations as needed.
•Draft and revise documentation related to equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements
