Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to private clients, building and maintaining an end-to-end client relationship through a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Deliver and refer investment and insurance solutions to grow up to $2M in investable assets, open personal and business accounts, and develop internal/external referral networks. Partner with branch and line-of-business teammates, meet sales and referral goals, and ensure compliant documentation of client interactions while supporting branch transactions.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver customized financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs, collecting and documenting client data, and referring investment and insurance solutions.
•Build and manage a client referral pipeline using internal/external centers of influence, disciplined prospecting, and documented calling efforts.
•Develop and maintain expertise in private client products and competitive offerings to drive meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts and support branch operations by assisting with client transactions on the teller line as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation and participating in branch huddles and debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence business partners using centers of influence (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office, including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
