Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging every client and teammate and delivering personalized financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Listen for opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and deliver customized guidance to support clients’ financial wellness goals.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations while driving client acquisition and account growth.
  • •Open and manage personal and business accounts and products, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, support branch operations on the Teller line when needed, and participate in branch huddles and debriefs.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience).
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort using PCs and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) to educate clients on digital platforms.
