Job Summary

Support Dell customers in disconnected environments as a technical subject matter expert for data center infrastructure solutions. Partner with Federal customers and partners to help implement AI solutions in secure spaces. Drive proactive, high-quality support practices, maintain deep knowledge across Dell’s portfolio (storage, compute, networking, cybersecurity, and more), and assist customer and sales teams in designing and implementing complex system requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain deep technical acumen across Dell’s portfolio including storage, compute, networking, applications, cybersecurity, and converged/hyper-converged systems.
•Support customers in disconnected environments as a subject matter expert for data center infrastructure products and solutions.
•Work with Federal customers and partners as they implement AI solutions in secure spaces.
•Continually learn new technologies and expand knowledge across Dell’s broad product set.
•Assist customer and sales teams with the design, definition, and implementation of complex system requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,520 - 189,090

Key Requirements

•12+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience.
•Must be a US citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance and a full scope polygraph.
•Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers in HPC environments and networking infrastructure in datacenter environments.
•Strong Linux knowledge (RHEL and Ubuntu) and understanding of Dell and vendor diagnostic utilities.
•Customer-facing experience with escalation management ability in a high-pressure environment; able to collaborate with vendors and Dell Engineering.
