Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the single point of contact for document control at the project site, coordinating with design engineering, contractors, and the owner’s technical staff.
  • •Assist project leads with creation, submission, tracking, and closure of project documentation.
  • •Maintain a consistent on-site presence with daily or weekly site visits and attend internal/client weekly project progress meetings.
  • •Scan, organize, and file project documents for proper record-keeping and develop and maintain backup documentation for accurate reporting.
  • •Track project materials and compile spreadsheet-based documentation to support project reporting and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in an industrial construction or office setting after graduation is required.
  • •Proficient with computer skills and administrative systems in a Windows environment (file management, document tracking, spreadsheets, data input/retrieval).
  • •Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong interpersonal/client-facing capability.
  • •Must be capable of operating a vehicle safely with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
