Lead daily retail sales execution by overseeing opening/closing procedures, training team members on products and promotions, and driving daily sales targets. Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M.S model, coordinate store deadlines, and support retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness standards. Collaborate with store management to improve KPIs while adhering to HEYDUDE asset protection policies.

•Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required.
