Job Summary

Develop and refine Process Development Kit (PDK) environments for TI’s advanced semiconductor process technologies, improving quality and product cycle time. Own PDK design methodologies, integrate PDK content into design flows, and collaborate with process integration, design, and EDA teams. Support EDA/flow integration, document PDK contents, and help automate key capabilities to boost design productivity while working across analog and mixed-signal contexts.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop TI PDK kit capabilities and quality assurance.
•Create PDK design methodologies and integrate PDK into design flows.
•Perform EDA/flow integration with the PDK and document PDK contents.
•Automate key capabilities to improve design productivity.
•Interface daily with process integration, design, EDA, and other PDK team members.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics/VLSI Engineering or equivalent.
•2-5 years of experience in PDK development, customization, integration, and QA.
•Knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS processes, device physics, and layout design (CMOS and/or BiCMOS).
•Good knowledge of UNIX, PERL, and Python.
•Understanding of Cadence design tools and desired Cadence Skill programming knowledge.
