Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop TI PDK kit capabilities and quality assurance.
  • •Create PDK design methodologies and integrate PDK into design flows.
  • •Perform EDA/flow integration with the PDK and document PDK contents.
  • •Automate key capabilities to improve design productivity.
  • •Interface daily with process integration, design, EDA, and other PDK team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics/VLSI Engineering or equivalent.
  • •2-5 years of experience in PDK development, customization, integration, and QA.
  • •Knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS processes, device physics, and layout design (CMOS and/or BiCMOS).
  • •Good knowledge of UNIX, PERL, and Python.
  • •Understanding of Cadence design tools and desired Cadence Skill programming knowledge.
