Plan, mobilise, and deliver complex insurance value-stream transformation projects end-to-end, balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, teams, and benefits. Lead project governance and change control under HSBC’s Change Framework, produce plans in Clarity, manage financial business cases, and track costs, risks, and dependencies. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to secure commitments, ensure quality, close projects, and drive smooth transitions to target states while managing and developing delivery teams.
