Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise subcontractors, contractors, and the site team on technical matters for electrical construction.
  • •Monitor site progress and ensure work complies with K&A specifications and QC procedures; notify the contractor of necessary revisions.
  • •Review shop drawings, materials submittals, and bills of quantities for calculation accuracy; flag discrepancies to the Associate Project Manager.
  • •Supervise equipment installations and coordinate inspections based on contractor daily forms.
  • •Monitor safety compliance and issue letters, site instructions, and NCRs as needed, including reviewing payment percentages vs. actual work onsite.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •3+ years of experience in construction or construction supervision.
  • •3+ years of engineering experience in a contracting company or construction supervision function.
  • •Knowledge of construction supervision services and international engineering standards/codes.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
