Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor transactions to identify suspicious activities or those not meeting compliance standards.
  • •Investigate fraud alerts promptly and thoroughly.
  • •Conduct PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) and sanctions screening.
  • •Handle disputes and chargebacks.
  • •Liaise with law enforcement agencies as required.
