•Design and build the pre-CRM nurturing pipeline that moves leads from cold to warm to hot before agent assignment.
•Own and operate integrations for AWS Connect to deliver human-assisted concierge experiences for complex or high-value leads.
•Build and maintain unclaimed lead management workflows with automated escalation, retry, and re-engagement.
•Develop lead readiness scoring to determine when leads are hot enough for agent assignment.
•Architect automated nurture sequences across SMS, email, and voice channels and coordinate with communications platform and data/ML teams.
