Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build the pre-CRM nurturing pipeline that moves leads from cold to warm to hot before agent assignment.
  • •Own and operate integrations for AWS Connect to deliver human-assisted concierge experiences for complex or high-value leads.
  • •Build and maintain unclaimed lead management workflows with automated escalation, retry, and re-engagement.
  • •Develop lead readiness scoring to determine when leads are hot enough for agent assignment.
  • •Architect automated nurture sequences across SMS, email, and voice channels and coordinate with communications platform and data/ML teams.

Key Requirements
