Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians for predictive and preventive maintenance and machine repairs.
  • •Train employees on proper work methods and safety procedures; supervise and support maintenance systems, processes, and documentation.
  • •Collaborate with Production to schedule maintenance timely for equipment and facility repairs; provide troubleshooting and problem analysis for equipment failures.
  • •Develop and maintain KPIs for maintenance performance and provide regular status reports to maintenance management.
  • •Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations; maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory; assume responsibility during absences of key personnel.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Experience acting as a lead through training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.

  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office.
