Job Summary

Support technical course delivery within BeyondTrust University by shadowing and co-teaching with senior instructors, gradually taking on greater teaching responsibility. Help assess training needs, collect and consolidate post-session feedback, and build reliable relationships with learners and stakeholders. Build knowledge of BeyondTrust software and technical concepts using KB articles and documentation, while learning instructional tools and virtual delivery platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and LMS.

Key Responsibilities

•Shadow and co-teach courses with more experienced instructors, progressively taking on greater delivery responsibility.
•Support training delivery to customers, partners, and employees under the guidance of senior instructors.
•Assist in assessing individual and group training needs for assigned courses.
•Gather and consolidate post-session feedback to support continuous improvement of training content and delivery.
•Actively build knowledge of BeyondTrust software product lines and technical concepts, using KB articles, Teams chats, and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
•0–2 years of professional experience, including internships, co-op placements, academic teaching roles, or applicable project experience.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort presenting or facilitating in front of groups.
•Willingness and ability to learn technical concepts and enablement tools at pace.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
