Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate the deal life cycle from deal proposal to loan closing.
  • •Act as the first point of contact for Wealth Advisors and internal deal fulfillment partners.
  • •Structure highly customized, complex loan structures within Truist’s credit risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
  • •Prepare deal sheet memorandum and perform financial document analysis and probability/rate recommendation with risk mitigates.
  • •Partner with credit portfolio, credit risk management, counsel, compliance, and other partners to deliver timely credit processes and coach markets on credit profitability and policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (or equivalent training).
  • •Five years of training and experience related to a Lending Advisor role.
  • •Experience evaluating clients’ financial statements and overall profiles to structure complex, custom credits.
  • •Familiarity with complex client entity structures and commercial lending products or custom cash-flow based wealth lending solutions.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong client relationship/team collaboration skills.
