Senior Manager, Business Process Optimization Program Management

Lead program delivery for Adobe’s Business Process Optimization team across Corporate Accounting and Operations (CAO). You’ll manage a team of program managers, partner with CAO leaders to translate current-state processes into future-state operating models, and drive complex initiatives from intake through implementation. The role blends hands-on program leadership, governance and executive reporting, and adoption of AI-enabled ways of working to deliver measurable operational value.
