Build trusting relationships with consumer and business customers through proactive outreach, appointments, and virtual and in-person interactions. Assess customers’ banking needs, collect and process account information, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned to goals. Maintain knowledge of banking and digital self-service tools, process basic transactions and service requests, and partner with branch teams to deliver an optimal client experience with operational accuracy.
