Key Responsibilities

•Support the daily operation of Investment Accounting and Administration team
•Responsible for correct and timely daily processing, posting and clearing of securities transactions, income payments and corporate actions
•Investigate the discrepancies that may exist and follow up with relevant parties
•Responsible for timely month-end operations closing activities
•Perform the periodic reconciliation of securities holdings and cash account holdings with custodian banks

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of practical experience in banking, global custody or insurance operations is preferable
•Knowledge of traditional and non-traditional financial instruments and markets
•Knowledge of investment operations, market data, securities administration and corporate action
•Experience in supporting Unit Linked daily pricing and order placement
•User experience in SAP FSCM / Bloomberg / Reuters and strong analytical skills with attention to detail
