•Partner with field operations leaders to understand what’s working, what’s not, and what hourly teams need to thrive.
•Maintain working knowledge of Colorado labor and employment law and implement compliant, fair people practices.
•Design and deliver programs reinforcing Jetson’s values across hourly and field teams.
•Partner with recruiting and managers on onboarding, performance conversations, retention strategies, and career development pathways.
•Track people metrics and lead investigations, mediation, and employee-relations matters when issues arise.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in an HR business partner, people operations, or employee relations role supporting hourly and/or non-exempt workforces.

•Track record building trust with hourly employees and knowing what people programs work in practice.
•Sound judgment in sensitive situations, with the ability to explain reasoning clearly.
•Clear, plain-language communication that meets people where they are.
