Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab.
  • •Identify systematic problems related to process or equipment sources and communicate findings continuously to engineering staff.
  • •Support manufacturing ramp through execution of equipment/process startup and process experiments (SWRs).
  • •Participate in data analysis and problem resolution.
  • •Collaborate with people across functions to support manufacturing processing needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
