Sr. HVAC Service Field Technician - Fenton, MO

Provide end-to-end commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and startup of HVAC systems for commercial customers in a defined market. Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact, ensuring customer satisfaction through diagnosis and repair at customer sites. Coordinate installation and repair requirements with team leaders/project managers, use cutting-edge tools and technology with hand tools and blueprints, and maintain rigorous safety and asset accountability. Mentor team members and support overtime and occasional overnight stays.
