Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate client onboarding, including managing advisor prospect pipelines, assisting with proposal generation, preparing paperwork, opening accounts, transitioning new assets, and establishing communication plans.
  • •Answer incoming calls appropriately, and may schedule client appointments and/or conference room arrangements.
  • •Maintain CRM and use platforms to support client relationship management through mailings, reporting, email tracking, and client service models.
  • •Support transactions and service client accounts by handling required paperwork, correspondence, and fulfillment of client requests and special projects.
  • •Proactively review investment opportunities daily and notify Financial Advisors to take action, and may organize seminars/client events and create presentation materials.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.7 - 36.62 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •Focus on excellent client service.
  • •Expected to study for and obtain the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and Series 7 and 66 within 18 months of hire.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn Private Wealth Management technology platforms.
  • •Good verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workflow.
