Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business analysis workstreams on large-scale Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technology programmes
  • •Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with client stakeholders
  • •Document and manage business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • •Analyze as-is processes and design to-be future state processes, including traceability matrices for testing and delivery
  • •Manage junior BAs and analysts and support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off in collaboration with client teams

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of professional experience in business analysis, ideally in a consulting or client-facing environment
  • •Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise CRM/ERP programmes
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement skills to translate complex business needs into clear requirements
  • •Comfort independently leading analysis workstreams and managing junior team members
  • •Proficiency with business analysis techniques such as process modelling, use cases, and user story writing
