Product Engineering Manager | SR WVB

Lead product engineering management from development planning through production release, ensuring products are designed for manufacturability and reliability and meet specification and quality goals. Serve as the central product resource across design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, reliability, and marketing teams as products move into production. Formulate and execute long-term cost/profit control plans, and select, develop, and evaluate personnel to run the function effectively.
