Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve PTS (Probe To Ship) yield to meet BP/LPI targets, and perform control of PTS detractors debugging and improvement actions.
  • •Burn quality monitoring and debugging for ARH/ABI/ABL, and drive module HMB1/QMON DPM improvements.
  • •Support product grade and product reliability improvement, including new product qualification and Qual/QS sample health monitoring and tracking.
  • •Handle RMA processing and drive CAPA solutions, and manage wafer outgoing inspection handling with engineering improvement.
  • •Analyze global MRB cases and develop predictive monitoring methodologies to proactively detect quality excursions and reduce escapes, using AI-assisted tools and insights.
