Content Designer

Create and refine product and marketing content for Thumbtack’s pros and customers, including product flows, navigation, names, emails, tutorials, and notifications. Partner with designers, product managers, researchers, engineers, and marketing to craft clear, consistent messaging and advocate for user needs. Use a systems-thinking approach to develop content frameworks and product narratives, run A/B copy tests, and maintain an aligned voice across the end-to-end customer experience.
