Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered to the right quality standards, efficiently, and on time.
  • •Support establishing project governance, processes, and systems, and ensure key information and data are properly shared and retained.
  • •Maintain strong relationships with the client and project team, and interface with stakeholders including executive management, consultants, and vendors.
  • •Develop detailed project plans; attend status meetings; follow up on completion status; and update/maintain issues/actions logs.
  • •Contribute to monthly reporting and prepare project documents and proposals, including support for variations to existing projects.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years post-graduate experience, or currently undertaking a similar project coordination role in a comparable environment.
  • •Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project controls or administration.
  • •Experience working in a project coordination or administrative role within the construction industry is preferred.
  • •BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or a related field (or relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree).
  • •Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and excellent communication and presentation skills, plus a problem-solving mindset.
