Job Summary

Own planning and production control activities that support on-time material availability. Maintain SAP work order release schedules, perform pre-shortage analysis, and conduct work order variance analysis to reconcile supply and demand. Review MRP execution, disposition Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and ECRs, and participate in floor audits and production meetings. Use data analysis and forecasting (including Tableau and Python/SQL) to consolidate and analyze structured and unstructured “big data” sources to support operational decisions.

•Maintain SAP work order release schedules and reschedule/complete no-charge discrete jobs as required.
•Perform pre-shortage analysis and work order variance analysis; reconcile supply and demand and validate scheduling/PDS requirements.
•Review and ensure proper disposition of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and prepare ECO/ECR status reports.
•Lead or participate in data analysis/forecasting projects, including ad-hoc statistical/data-mining analysis and visualization with Tableau, using Python/SQL or equivalent tools.
